Job Description

CHECKSET Review is seeking an organized and proactive team member to help grow our client relationships and drive new business opportunities. This role involves a mix of client outreach, research, and administrative support. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, thinks strategically, and works well with others. You’ll play a key role in client satisfaction, team coordination, and CHECKSET’s nationwide growth.

Responsibilities

  • Business Growth:  Conduct nationwide market research to identify new project oprotunities, collect key metrics, and issue targeted email campaigns.
  • Client Management:  Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention by managing proposals, invoicing, and project updates.
  • Virtual Presentations:   Participate in prospective client presentations with the goal of independently scheduling and presenting to prospective clients within first 6 months.
  • Reporting:  Track and report on business development activities, including sales targets and KPIs, to ensure consistent progress toward goals.
  • Capacity Balancing:  Collaborate with operations teams to monitor team capacity and balance proposal schedules based on team workloads.

Required Qualifications

  • Must thrive with speaking and connecting with people. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Must be comfortable with cold calls to prospective clients.

  • Reliably perform administrative tasks including client proposal development and creation and issuance of client invoices.

  • Ability to close deals, and form strategic partnerships, and the ability to confidently say “no” when necessarily.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and the ability to identify prospective projects and growth opportunities.

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving tangible outcomes.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university

  • Demonstrated proactive approach and self-motivation in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Must be qualified to work in the US

Compensation

$65,000 – $80,000 annually, based on skills, experience, and performance
