Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant & Sales Coordinator to support our business development team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who’s organized, confident speaking with professionals, and eager to grow into a client-facing business development role.

You’ll begin by taking on core administrative and research responsibilities such as preparing proposals, managing project data, and supporting client communications, while steadily building your skills in client outreach and relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Help prepare client proposals, invoices, and project updates while ensuring all communications are clear, timely, and professional.

  • Market Research: Identify new real estate development projects, research prospective clients, and assist in building targeted outreach lists.

  • Sales Coordination: Track leads, organize contact lists, and schedule introductory calls or virtual presentations for senior team members.

  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate client data, update CRM records, and assist in tracking sales activity and KPIs.
  • Administrative Support: Support the business development team with scheduling, document organization, and coordination between internal departments.

Required Qualifications

  • Must thrive with speaking and connecting with people. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be comfortable with cold calls to prospective clients.
  • Reliably perform administrative tasks including client proposal development and creation and issuance of client invoices.
  • Ability to close deals, and form strategic partnerships, and the ability to confidently say “no” when necessary.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and the ability to identify prospective projects and growth opportunities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving tangible outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university
  • Demonstrated proactive approach and self-motivation in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Compensation

$55,000 - $64,000 per year + performance bonus 55,000 - $64,000
