The tower's exterior showcases a state-of-the-art unitized curtain wall system composed of sleek sloped metal panels and expansive punched windows. Situated at 131 8th Avenue in Nashville, the development covers 0.55 acres and adheres to DTC zoning regulations, signaling a seamless integration into the cityscape.

Developed by White Lodging, the tower boasts a capacity of 752 keys, along with ample parking and essential amenities. The construction falls under TYPE-IB, with a building height of 419 feet and a total area spanning 586,198 square feet. The building occupancies range from restaurants, bars, and kitchens (GROUP A-2) to meeting rooms, ballrooms, exhibit halls, prefunction spaces, fitness facilities, lounges, and even a pool deck (GROUP A-3). The tower also accommodates office spaces (GROUP B), providing a multifunctional space for various purposes. Hotel guestrooms (GROUP R-1) offer comfort and luxury, while spaces for laundry and storage (GROUP S-1) ensure practicality. Additionally, the tower houses mechanical and electrical rooms (GROUP S-2) to support its operational infrastructure.
